I visited Ketki Nursing Home and Urology Hospital for my brother’s treatment, and overall our experience was very positive.
Under the guidance of Dr. Sada Shiv Bhole, the treatment was excellent. The doctor is very understanding, listens patiently, and ensures proper care of the patient.
The staff is highly supportive and attentive. They regularly check on patients, give medicines on time, and take full responsibility for patient care. Their behavior is polite and caring, which makes patients feel comfortable.
Cleanliness is also very well maintained. Regular cleaning is done, including rooms and washrooms. Bedsheets are clean and hygiene is properly taken care of.
The hospital provides good facilities like a water cooler with hot, normal, and cold water, AC and fans in rooms, along with TV and WiFi. There is also a proper arrangement for relatives to stay with the patient, which is very helpful.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the treatment and services. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Last but not the least a person who looks after billing and pinch to patient’s pocket Shri Niraj Chaple. He has been very helpful whenever there was problem in settlement of claims. I have seen him working even off the office time even late night in recommending claims and not putting burden on the patient. Last claim which was made the insurance company asked us to pay approximately 28,000 but yesterday night he was continuously recommending full reimbursement and ultimately I had to pay only 3,000 instead of 28,000. My special thanks to him also.
